Our working team comes into direct contact with the producers to get to know all the characteristics and qualities of green coffee. Our strength lies in the selection of the origins of coffee to guarantee perfect extraction in the cup and guarantee a high-quality espresso. Our blends are born from this meticulous work of selection and extraction:

Organic coffee of the highest quality which can express aromas and hints of the great Italian espresso. Made of worked Arabica of Mexican origin cultivated by small producers at 1700m above sea level, it reveals notes of almond, chocolate and vanilla.

A blend of great structure and character that has good body, substantial roundness, a pleasant spiciness and a strong aroma. It is the result of the skilful blending of the finest Arabica accompanied by a small percentage of robust Indiana that gives it the perfect roundness.

A blend characterised by an intense and delicate fragrance that has a light body on the palate. The aromaticity of this blend is striking for its complexity and delicacy, offering notes of flowers, vanilla, citrus fruit and light chocolate that linger until the aftertaste.

Full of body and flavour, it is our caffeine-free blend that, thanks to delicate processing, is characterised by sweet hints of almond and milk chocolate, with notes of dried fruit.
