This coffee comes from a high quality organic farming. Composed by a single origin washed Arabica from Mexico, cultivated in a small Finca at an altitude of 1,700 meters above sea level, It reveals notes of almond, chocolate and vanilla.

This blend is made by mixing Brazilian Santos (40%) from Sul de Minas and Cerrado, washed Indians with their round body and chocolate taste, Ethiopians that give the typical aroma of flowers, arabicas from Honduras for the citrus and Kenyan arabicas for the winey retro-olfactory intensity.
