The italian Noir Espresso
Noir is the highest quality of the italian Espresso. The right preparation by an high skilled operator allows to get an Espresso characterized from a light brown color, a very fine weaving, an intense smell introduces tastes of flowers, fruit, toasted bread and chocolate. Sensation staying in the mouth for ten or so seconds, sometimes for minutes. The taste is round, firm and velvety: the acid and the bitter are balanced without supremacy of one on the other. The astringent perception is absent, anyway very short.

This is the real Italian espresso, this is the quality of the Noir mix, suitable for the italian Espresso, certified from the national institute of the italian Espresso. (technical disciplinary measure N° 008 - enclosure to the product certificate CSQA N° 214).


The training
To make every coffee-occasion special and unique the barman figure is indispensable.
It's necessary that the operator is highly skilled, motivated, well-trained, aware and qualified.

This is the reason why the Mokarico training center, also trough its courses, proposes a support and helps the Noir operators conveying them ability, enthusiasm, passion and talent.
